Feel Good February

It is February 2nd already and my goal for the month is to have a "Feel Good" February.

My plans include doing things that make me feel good and feel better.

-I am continuing with cleaner eating.

-Never missing a Monday of cardio.

-Planning out my schedule a bit better.

-Not drinking during the week, but Friday and Saturday it is on like Donkey Kong.

-Journaling, not just blogging but getting back to writing in my journal.
